Ugly Beauty

I knew from my very first visit at 12 years old to a salon that I was going to work in this wonderful world of things that smelled delicious and felt even more amazing. I was going to work in the beauty field. Little did I know that 25 years later, I would emerge from that world scarred, distrusting, and jaded due to the ugly nature of the industry.
